Moppity Lock & Key Single Vineyard Merlot was fermented in French hogsheads and barriques, which resulted in a dark red coloured wine with purple hues. Rich forest fruit, plum and cedar aromas can be sensed on the bouquet. With a Bordeaux-like tannin profile, the palate is generous, powerful and concentrated with flavours of ripe dark fruits and dark chocolate.
