Returns

Thanks for shopping at the Riverina Co-operative and choosing local. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

When returning a general item, you will have 30 days to make the return from the date of purchase. For sale items you will have 7 days to make the return. If the item is faulty or damaged you can return outside of the 30 days. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or have used your membership so we can check transaction history. 

If you choose to be refunded, we will initiate a refund using the same payment method that was used to originally purchase the item. If you are issued a refund via EFTPOS, you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


Exchanges 

For exchanging, you may choose any item to exchange but must pay the difference if the product is more. If the new product is less, you will be refunded the remaining amount. 

Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If the item is faulty or damaged, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. 


Additional Information

Please note that some items are final sale, this includes: 

  • Products that cannot be sold once opened. For example, food or chemicals. 

  • Vaccines.
