This Sauvignon Blanc is unique in that it captures the array of fruit characters from Margaret River. All the fruit was picked in the cool of the night to retain freshness and aromatic intensity. Following gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation, the wine was blended and filtered only once. This minimal handling has helped retain the attractive primary fruit flavours and aroma so critical to our style.
